Hello and welcome to my website! I’m Rebecca Cooper. I’m a wife, mother, daughter, volunteer, community supporter, Realtor and am southern at heart (but not by birth…more on that later). I have a passion for helping others and giving back to my community. I’m committed to supporting local education and therefore created the Cooper Cares Home Initiative where I will make a donation for my clients at closing to the primary, secondary or post-secondary school or institution of their choice. Not only am I committed to providing financial support, but I'm also dedicated to serving in the community. Over the years I've served on committees such as the Cobb Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, Cobb Chamber of Commerce Partner-In-Education Subcommittee, Cobb Chamber of Commerce Teacher For A Day/Principal For A Day Subcommittee Co-Chair, Paulding Education Foundation Board and Advisory Council Member, Marietta Business Association Leadership Team Member and am the Founder and Coordinator of the Weekend Blessings Backpack Ministry at Kennesaw Methodist Church. Like some of my clients I’m not a Georgia native. I moved to Cobb County in 1991 and have never looked back. I love everything about living in Metro Atlanta… the people, the geography, the climate, the history, the parks & recreation, the shopping and dining opportunities, the character and charm of each of the local downtown areas, the convenience of getting into the city or into the mountains in just a short ride… the list goes on! I love being able to share my passion for the city and state I love with others, especially those who are new to the area. I became a Realtor to help others realize their dreams of homeownership. In 1999 I obtained my real estate license and started my career as a buyer's agent for a top producing metro-Atlanta Realtor. I spent seven years as an on-site agent in various new home communities where I represented home builders in Cherokee, Cobb and Paulding Counties. Today I represent both buyers and sellers as they look to make home buying or selling decisions, whether they are resizing, relocating, retiring or have any other reason for moving. Let me put my skills, knowledge and expertise to work for you!

Without a crystal ball it's tough to predict exactly what will happen in the future, but what we know for certain is what the real estate market has looked like in the past. The previous three years
October might be known as the scariest month of the year and listening to the news about the economy might just give you a fright but a look at the data for housing trends as of October 31st paints
